Caledonia CCP Pump Station Renovation RFP

Description: Columbus Light and Water Department is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Caledonia CCP Pump Station Renovation project in Columbus, Mississippi. The base bid covers installation of a new electrical building (E-House 1) with automatic transfer switch, VFDs, and PLCs for Pump Nos. 1 & 2, with additive bid items covering a second electrical building (E-House 2) for Pump Nos. 3 & 4, replacement of check valves and piping, and supply/delivery of vertical turbine treated water pumps. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. Local Time on August 25, 2026, at the Columbus Light and Water Department office, with a pre-bid meeting held on August 5, 2026 at the Reynolds R Ridgley Wastewater Treatment Plant.
