Description: CDCR is seeking as-needed concrete and asphalt crushing for its Correctional Construction Mentorship Program at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego. The work includes setting up and operating a crushing plant to process concrete, with or without rebar, into 3/4-inch base, asphalt grinding, and equipment delivery, setup, and mobilization. The anticipated service period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with operations scheduled weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., excluding weekends and state holidays.

The surface types are primarily asphalt and concrete in traveled roadways but can include grass, gravel, landscaped or other.
