Description: CDCR is seeking as-needed concrete and asphalt crushing for its Correctional Construction Mentorship Program at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego. The work includes setting up and operating a crushing plant to process concrete, with or without rebar, into 3/4-inch base, asphalt grinding, and equipment delivery, setup, and mobilization.
