Description: Demolition of the existing cafeteria and construction of a new 9,798 sf building. Including site work, utilities, concrete sidewalks, final grading, sodding, concrete foundation /slab, structural steel structure, standing seam metal roof, brick veneer / EIFS / metal wall panels for the exterior finish materials, metal stud framed and gypsum board interior walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, aluminum storefront, hollow metal frames, wood doors, millwork, LVT and hard tile, painting, kitchen equipment, fire alarm, fire sprinkler system, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems complete and ready for use.
