The purchaser must arrange removal from Harmar Garage within 15 days of award and provide a cashier’s check for the total purchase price within five days of notification; the sale offers no warranties and assigns transportation, tire and rim disposal, and property-damage liabilities to the purchaser. Bus inspections are scheduled for November 9–20, 2026, and each bus will be awarded to the highest responsive and responsible bidder.
