BUMED Optimization and Transformation - (Request for Quote)

Description: Policy Implementation: The contractor will assist with drafting, modernizing, organizing, and disseminating medical readiness policy, procedural documentation, and stakeholder communications that enable BUMED N10D to implement and maintain enterprise medical readiness guidance. Provide research and technical writing support to assist the Government in drafting updated medical and physical standards for Navy and Marine Corps accessions and retention.Support development of Disability Evaluation System (DES) and Limited Duty (LIMDU) processes. Support development of IMR and broader FHP guidelines. Develop family readiness support frameworks, including Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS). Develop data governance and protocols for the surveillance and tracking of fleet readiness metrics. See attached file.
