Description: Full renovation of an existing 3-story CMU structure. Demolishing abandoned/obsolete plumbing on all three floors; Upgrading existing first floor restrooms and installing additional restrooms on second and third floors, including new showers and water bottle stations; Replacing all roof systems and roof hatches; Replacing all existing fixed partitions and ceilings in interior rooms and hallways; Replacing existing central station air handling units with new VRF systems; Replacing all existing HVAC ductwork and chilled water distribution systems; Replacing all electrical systems including panels, wiring, receptacles, and lighting; and Replacing all existing jalousie windows with fixed aluminum windows to match existing aluminum sliding windows.
