Description: The work includes maintenance of lakeside commerce park common areas, roadway rights-of-way, union ship canal commons, parking areas and designated sidewalks. Services include lawn mowing and trimming, landscaping and weed control, daily litter and debris removal, removal of illegally dumped materials and tires, maintenance of trash receptacles, seasonal cleanups, lawn and landscape repairs, and snow plowing and sidewalk clearing in designated areas.
