WYE YARD RETIREMENT AND POCO YARD EXPANSION - EARTHWORK CONTRACT. to provide construction services for the Earthwork Contract for the Wye Yard Retirement and Poco Yard Expansion Project. This includes Earthwork for the construction of three (3) new tracks constructed immediately west of Highway 9 and parallel to the existing Poco Yard. The work includes site grading and placement of the railroad ballast base course to establish grade for construction of new railroad tracks, drainage, asphalt paving for track crossings, and screening of on-site slag material to generate a clean and graded gravel material for use to construct the shared use perimeter driveway along with a transload area between Tracks 2 and 3. The overall project also includes track construction which will be performed under a separate track work.
