Brooklyn College - Campus-Wide Building Management System Phase 1 RFP

Description: Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to replace and upgrade the existing bms and associated controls serving the mechanical systems within the two buildings. The work includes selective demolition of obsolete controls equipment; installation of new control panels, field devices, sensors, actuators, controllers, operator workstations, communication infrastructure, and associated electrical and low-voltage systems; programming and graphics development; integration of existing hvac equipment and terminal units; modifications to control sequences; replacement or upgrading of ancillary control components where required; testing, startup, commissioning, balancing coordination, and operator training. The project also includes upgrades to the communications backbone necessary to support the new controls system, along with all associated wiring, network infrastructure, and related appurtenances required for a complete and fully operational installation
