Brady Animal Control Facility & Pickleball Court Improvements

Description: The City of Brady, Texas is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from licensed general contractors to construct a state-regulated animal control facility and to add new pickleball courts at a city-owned location. The evaluation will be weighted by price (50%), experience (25%), and capacity (25%), and a bid security equal to at least 5% of the proposal price is required. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the City Secretary and a mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 16, 2026.
