Description: Work includes 108 LF installation of HDD conductor casing; 97 LF installation of HDD conductor casing; 1 LS horizontal directional drilling and carrier pipe pullback; 1 ls carrier pipe string for HDD pullback; 1 LS 24" PVC water main station from p-4 to p-17; 1 LS 24" PVC water main station from p-18 to p-24; 1 LS manhole, valving, and blind flange; 1 ls pavement restoration; 1 LS abandonment of existing newell creek pipeline; 1 LS environmental mitigation; 1 LS contaminated soils.
