TC Louisiana Intrastate Pipeline LLC
Work is to construct approx. 39.8 miles of 36" diameter natural gas pipeline, two (2) Solar Titan 130 turbines at its existing Gillis Compressor Station—adding 46,940 horsepower of compression, one new point of delivery, and appurtenant facilities, located in Beauregard and Calcasieu Parishes, Louisiana. The facilities described herein have a design capacity of up to 1.4 billion cubic feet per day and will be utilized for transportation. The cost of these facilities is approx. $329 million dollars.

Project proposes the construction of a new raw river water intake pump station/POD, and the portion of the new raw water transmission main on USACE property conveying raw water to the new WTF. Also included is the installation of fiber optic cables from the POD to the WTF within conduit installed as part of this project, as part of the pipeline construction project, and as part of the WTF construction contract. The major components of the project include: 1.Construction of a pump station (POD) including pumps, fish screens, a hydropneumatic surge tank, 2.Construction of approximately 340 feet of 30-inch and 36-inch diameter pipeline from the pump station to the property line, and 3.Demolition of the existing CTUIR pump station and pipeline. Adjacent projects designed by others will be constructed in tandem with this project, coordination of construction schedules and scope connections will be required.
