The project involves the systematic deconstruction of an existing seven-story, 119,824 GSF concrete and masonry structure featuring a partial height basement that extends underneath the primary north-south footprint, which is approx. 21,500 GSF. Initial site preparation requires the relocation of the western access road and creation of the lay-down yard.
