Provision of On-Demand Demolition and Installation of Synthetic Turf, Goal Systems, and Related Work on a Multi-Year Contract

Description: The work consists of all labor, material, and equipment to complete the removal, disposal, and replacement of existing synthetic turf fields, as well as associated items such as stone base work, laser grading, infill, and installation of goal systems and other field components, on an on-demand basis. The county currently maintains eighteen (18) synthetic turf multi-purpose fields, ranging in size from 79,000 sf to 156,000 sf, in various parks across the county with additional fields expected to be delivered in the coming years. It is anticipated that the county will replace multiple synthetic turf fields per year, depending on funding availability and other factors. No minimum or maximum amount of work is guaranteed under this solicitation. Work will be procured on an “as-needed” basis.
