BL099-26 Resurfacing of Major County Roads on a Term Contract

Description: This solicitation is for the Resurfacing of Major County Roads under a Term Contract. The term will begin with the Notice to Proceed and continue until December 31, 2026. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 12, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., to be held at DOT Central, 620 Winder Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30045. Attendance is strongly recommended for all bidders. Ensure to include all appropriate forms and bonds with your bid submission. Please Note: Ineligible Source List During the period for which a person/firm has been debarred or suspended, or placed on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list, that person/firm shall not submit or cause to be submitted offers, quotes, bids, or proposals, etc. to Gwinnett County, even when automatically or electronically distributed a notification or notified of a solicitation request. Submittals from firms currently on the Gwinnett County ineligible source list will not be considered.
