BL068-26 Drowning Creek Water and Sewer Project RFP

Description: The Drowning Creek Water and Sewer Project (Bid No. BL068-26) is being solicited by the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners for the construction of approximately 9,000 linear feet of ductile iron pipe water main along Drowning Creek Road and approximately 12,500 linear feet of ductile iron gravity sewer main from the existing 36-inch sewer near the Apalachee River to a connection near the Harbins Landing Pump Station. The scope includes associated restoration, traffic control, erosion and sedimentation control, open-cut road and stream crossings, abandonment of existing sanitary gravity and force mains, and demolition of the Harbins Landing Pump Station. Sealed bids must be delivered no later than 2:50 PM on August 21, 2026, with a non-mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for July 28, 2026; the engineer is Barge Design Solutions, Inc.
