This project is to fit-out undeveloped shell space on the second floor of main lab building. There are two spaces to be developed, one is 3500 SF for labs and offices, second space is 1400 SF, to be lab, office, and common equipment. Labs will include casework, and mechanicals and utilities will be tied into existing building. Some infrastructure is in place, including rooftop air supply and exhaust sized for lab operations.
