Biltmore Public Works & Police Department Project in Biltmore Forest, NC (Request for Prequalifications)

Description: The new Public Works Facility will be located southeast of the of the intersection of Vanderbilt Road and Old sawmill Road. The new Police Headquarters will be located down the road adjacent to the existing town hall and current police department. The goal is to create a workflow to maximize the efficiencies of having two sites in proximity. Please break out pricing for your scope of work between each building/project site and please provide any feedback with your pricing that would provide benefit to an overlapping of project schedules.
