Description: This project includes specific demolition of interior and exterior elements of the existing building including structural additions. Interior finishes will be replaced as noted in narrative and drawings. Elements of the building finishes will be treated as historic and will need replacements to match the intended aesthetic of the building including wood, plaster, and paint.
