Description: ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids for the following services will be received by the Monroe County Water Authority (the "Authority") at its Operations Center, 475 Norris Drive, Rochester, New York 14610-0999, pursuant to Section 1108 of the Public Authorities Law, until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Thursday, November 19, 2026 at which time and place they will be opened via WebEx or telephone conferencing and read aloud. A WebEx meeting link will be sent out to all plan holders and posted on the Authority's procurement opportunities webpage, the meeting password is: BidOpening. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Stone Road 42" Butterfly Valve Furnish and deliver one butterfly valve to the Shoremont Water Treatment Plant, located at 4799 Dewey Avenue, Rochester NY 14612. No Pre-Bid conference will be held for this Bid. Printed (paper) or electronic (PDF) Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Water Authority by requesting them via an email to Justin Sullivan (justin.sullivan@mcwa.com). Printed documents will be mailed via FedEx. There is no fee for the Bidding Documents.
