OPS Marrs Middle School Cooling Tower Replacement Project RFP
Demolition, removal, proper disposal and replacement of one existing cooling tower at Marrs MS. The existing cooling tower is a 500 Ton single cell cooling tower located on a 4-pier support system roughly 10' above grade. New tower is to be installed directly on existing structural supports. The work also includes adding a 6" strainer at each heat exchanger and modifying the sump tank pipe inlet for better flow conditions. See outside link.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for November 4, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to noon at 14230 Hayes Road in Spring Hill.
