Crossroads Community Center Teaching Kitchen and Teen Room Renovation (Advertisement for Bids)

Description: Interior renovation of the Crossroads Community Center kitchen and teen room. Kitchen work includes new equipment and hood and associated structural modifications, roof penetration and installation of hood exhaust, and new cabinets as well as limited electrical, plumbing and mechanical scope. Electrical and plumbing scope require separate trade permit by Contractor. Teen room includes partition demolition, interior door and window reconfiguration and new finishes.
