Summary
Seeking bids for remodeling serveral interior entrances and offices. The scope for this project includes interior remodeling at entry and offices at all the listed buildings including parking lot/sidewalk excavation and reconstruction work at most of the buildings. 1. Provide protection of existing overhead and underground utilities in work area whether public or private. Take all steps necessary to protect, support, remove, or relocate existing utilities which may be affected by the work of this contract. 2. Provide survey and layout from reference points established by the owner’s surveyor. 3. Provide protection and maintenance of reference points during the work of this contract. 4. Clean public roads and site as required due to dust/debris caused from the work of this contract. 5. Provide all tests and quality control as specified and or needed. 6. Provide fine grading and proof rolling as required. Work scope #1 contractor will provide and install base with in +/- 0. 1”. Engineer and cm to be present during all testing. Notify and coordinate with excavation contractor for all corrections needed. 7. Provide all asphalt pavements and patching (temporary or permanent) as shown on drawings. 8. Provide coordination with excavation contractor for backfill at all curbs, prior to installation of asphalt. 9. Provide barricades/protection of all work under this contract until suitable for use. 10. Provide all milling of joints as required to complete the work of this contract. 11. Provide all pavement striping/markings as shown on the drawings. 12. Provide all traffic and site signage as shown on drawings. 13. Coordinate with utility contractor for final elevations of intersecting work. 14. Coordinate with concrete contractor for final elevations and connecting points. 15. Coordinate with ahj when connecting to existing public/private systems. 16. Provide any sealcoating and crack filling as shown or specified.
