TNG Consulting- NABITA - Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment Certification Training -*SOLE SOURCE* RFP
University requires ongoing behavioral intervention and threat assessment certification training for members of its established Behavioral Intervention Team. The University's need is not for behavioral intervention training generally, but for continued participation in the existing National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (NABITA) certification framework under which University personnel have previously obtained professional certification. The University has invested in developing personnel competencies, team practices, and professional credentials based upon NABITA standards and methodologies. To maintain these certifications, NABITA requires certificants to obtain continuing certification credits through qualifying educational programs administered within its certification program. Accordingly, the University's requirement is for continuing professional education that maintains and extends existing NABITA certifications and supports continuity within its established behavioral intervention and threat assessment program.
