Bay Ave Sidewalk Improvements (CDBG Fiscal Year 24/25)

Description: The City of Moreno Valley is soliciting electronic bids for Bay Avenue sidewalk improvements funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Fiscal Year 24/25, making this a construction procurement rather than a grant program.
