Basic Ordering Agreement for Steel RFP

Description: The Department of the Army, through the Army Contracting Command–Rock Island Arsenal, is soliciting proposals to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement for raw metal stock, commercial iron and steel products, and related components. The five-year, multi-award BOA will create a qualified contractor pool supporting recurring supply needs at multiple Army sites, with subsequent requirements competed through order-level requests for quotations. The procurement is set aside for qualified small businesses, which must demonstrate the ability to supply at least 50% of the listed items and maintain applicable registration, cybersecurity, and subcontracting compliance.
