Emergency Acquisition Basic Ordering Agreement (EA BOA) - FD RFP

Description: The EA BOA is meant to be a single destination for commercial supplies and services supporting emergency requirements. Due to the uncertain nature of emergencies, the government is unable to devise a complete catalog or list of supplies, services, labor categories or other required offerings, but instead requires a method to rapidly solicit and award contracts/orders for any commercial supply or service required in support of an emergency, with the following offerings considered in scope.
