Bakersfield-Village Park Improvements RFP

Description: Work includes construction of interior and exterior improvements for 60 residential units, 1 office and various community suites. This includes Tree Trimming; Landscaping; Flatwork: Remove and replace existing walkways that present tripping hazards; Roofing: Remove and replace existing roofing with new roofing; Rain Gutters: Remove and replace existing rain gutters throughout the property; Flooring: Remove and replace existing flooring and baseboards; Flooring (Corridors): Install soundproof on the second floor under luxury vinyl tile to minimize foot traffic noise; Second-Floor Breezeway/Bridge: Refinish the existing waterproofing system; Interior and Exterior Painting; Drywall: Install drywall at new walls and ceilings; Plumbing: Remove and replace all plumbing fixtures and associated components, including angle stops, supply hoses, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, shower trim and valves, and water heaters; HVAC: Remove and replace all existing HVAC equipment and ductwork with new equipment and ductwork; Electrical: Remove and replace all existing light fixtures, outlets, and wall plates with new; Doors and Hardware: Remove and replace all existing interior and exterior doors and associated hardware with new.
