Bahia Grande Habitat Restoration Project Brownsville, Texas RFP

Description: Work generally includes mobilization/ demobilization, construction of off-loading pad, restoration of existing boat ramp for marine access, and placement of turbidity curtains, and open water transport and installation of pre-constructed ultra reef balls for breakwater shoreline protection at rookery islands a and b. Additive alternate no. 1 includes placement of turbidity curtains and open water transport and installation of pre-constructed ultra reef balls for breakwater shoreline protection at rookery island c. Additive alternate no. 2 includes construction of an alternate access road. No dredging activities are permitted for this project. Seagrass shall not be damaged or impacted as part of this project.
