B26-004-ENG-R2 Bartha Woods (Castleton Park) Planting, Clearing and Maintenance Project (RE-BID)

Description: Township is looking to clear and replant an area adjacent to Castleton Park known as Bartha Woods. The Township is also looking for 3 years of maintenance of the plantings and the clearing. There shall be a 10’ High Tensile Woven Wire Deer Fence installed per the illustrations in these specifications. Details for the deer fence shall be per the NJ Dept. of Agriculture attachment herein. The contractor shall be responsible to provide temporary fencing (snow fence 6'high) along the area of the parking lot and Easton Avenue near the sidewalk. This is for protection of the site while work is going on. The fence can come down on Easton Ave when the deer fence is installed. The parking lot can be removed at the completion of the project.
