B201 SHB Cleanroom Activation for Astromaterials

Description: NASA Johnson Space Center's White Sands Test Facility (WSTF) requires clean room HVAC and MEP engineering design services in support of the Building 201 South High Bay cleanroom activation for the astromaterials project. NASA JSC WSTF intends to issue a sole source contract to Lasco Services under FAR 6.103-1 because Lasco uniquely holds decades of NASA JSC ARES-specific cleanroom engineering knowledge and proven contamination-control performance that cannot be duplicated without significant cost, delay, and technical risk to mission-critical curation operations. The acquisition will use FAR Part 12 commercial procedures, and interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications electronically by email to Cynthia Uribe by 4:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time on August 12, 2026.
