Description: This project requires a complete interior build-back and renovation of a single-story office space in Building 145 at the Pease Air National Guard Base. The work follows a previous mold remediation and demolition phase which was initiated due to water damage. The contractor will be responsible for restoring the space to a fully functional and code-compliant condition. Key tasks include framing and insulating a new office, installing new drywall, ceiling grids, and flooring. The project also involves the complete reinstallation of all necessary infrastructure that was previously disconnected, including electrical outlets, lighting, fire alarm systems, network drops, and HVAC components.
