B--Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award

Description: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Red Bluff Fish and Wildlife Office intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to Real Time Research, INC. for continuing statistical and analytic services supporting habitat restoration, hatchery evaluation and monitoring, mainstem juvenile fish monitoring, and tributary monitoring. The anticipated award is a base period plus four years and is valued under the simplified acquisition threshold; this notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but interested parties may submit capability statements showing that competition would benefit the Government.
