Description: The Centre de services scolaire des Portages-de-l’Outaouais is establishing a regional rotating roster of professional firms, valid for five years, to support certain projects. The qualification notice covers architecture; civil and structural engineering; mechanical and electrical engineering; soil engineering and geo-environmental services; and contaminant assessment and control. Applications must be submitted in French through SEAO, and firms are evaluated on territorial considerations, understanding of project issues, qualifications and experience, team capacity, quality assurance, and schedule compliance.
