Automatic/Robotic Book Scanner

Description: NARA's Digitization Division is soliciting a combined synopsis/solicitation for one automatic/robotic book scanner to digitize archival holdings. The scanner must provide touch-free page turning, adjustable speed, 300–400 DPI imaging, Windows 11 compatibility, USB 3.0/3.1, plus on-site installation and four two-hour training sessions for up to four staff. The requirement also includes a base year plus three option years of annual maintenance, software, technical, parts, and support services, and it is a procurement solicitation rather than a grant program.
