Authorized Kubota Equipment Service, Repair, Maintenance, and OEM Parts

Description: The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized service, repair, maintenance, and OEM parts for Kubota equipment used by Parks and Recreation on an as-needed basis. The work includes preventative maintenance, manufacturer-authorized diagnostics, warranty and recall repairs, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, mower, loader, attachment and implement repairs, OEM parts replacement, and factory-authorized calibration/testing. This is an informal procurement rather than a grant program; it was released August 11, 2026, remained open as of August 13, 2026, and responses are due August 25, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
