Audiovisual Repair RFP

Description: A. The Contractor shall remove all equipment in the existing multipurpose room. All previous or existing equipment will be turned over to the Refuge. B. No existing equipment shall be reused except for the following: 1. Draper Electric Projector Screen, Access V 2. 70v Crestron Ceiling Speakers, IC6T (12 total, 6 in each room, tapped at 30w/speaker). C. The resulting system shall provide audio and video playback for twelve programs on the digital media player, each with a corresponding synchronized Audio Description mp3 file, plus stop. Files on the digital media player must be configured so that staff can swap out video and audio playback files by simple substitution on the memory card via BrightScript or equivalent. The player must be able to play video and audio files simultaneously and output audio separately. BrightSign HD1025 or equivalent. BrightAuthor is not acceptable. See attached file.
