Asphalt Milling, Grading, and Resurfacing Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Asphalt milling, sub-grade preparation, civil drainage remediation, and hot-mix resurfacing. Phase 1: Rear Service & Student Parking Areas Logistics corridor from the rear service/loading bays out through the complete student parking facility. Constraint: Must be fully commenced and completed before initiating Phase 2. Phase 2: Main Entrance, Roundabout & Staff Parking Areas Primary entrance road (from public highway right-of-way up to and including the parent drop-off roundabout) and the dedicated faculty/staff parking lot. Constraint: Begins only after Phase 1 is fully completed and operational.
