Description: The Defense Health Agency is conducting market research for as-needed, on-site American Sign Language interpreting services supporting Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals assigned to Naval Branch Health Clinic Portsmouth. Services will support office activities, industrial hygiene surveys, exposure monitoring, training, and other work at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, across the clinic’s area of responsibility, and at remote Northern New England locations. Respondents must demonstrate qualified ASL interpreting capabilities, rapid scheduling and emergency backfill procedures, relevant past performance, and the ability to provide required personal protective equipment for industrial environments.
