Asbestos Abatement – Building 801, VA Augusta Health Care System - (Request for Quotation)

Description: Vendor shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, supervision and disposal services to abate asbestos containing materials from rooms in Building 801, 6th Floor (6B 102, 6B 103, 6B 104) & 5th Floor (5B 102 & 5B 103), demo of all other non-asbestos cabinets and casework. Includes approx. 1,095 SF of asbestos containing floor tile (multiple layers) and mastic, counter tops, Exhaust Hoods, Sinks, and Wall mounted Beaker Drying Rack. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, and all other activities. See attached file.
