As Needed Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining Services RFP

Description: The City of Plant City is soliciting qualified contractors to provide as-needed, trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 160 miles of wastewater gravity sewer mains using cured-in-place pipe lining, point repairs, lateral reinstatement, and related preparation and restoration services. The contract will have a three-year base term with two optional one-year extensions, and the City may award it to up to three lowest responsive bidders. Bidders must meet specified Florida licensing and certification requirements and submit qualifications, references, insurance, bonding, affidavits, and other documentation electronically through the procurement portal by the stated deadline.
