Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consulting and Support Services - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Contractor will provide the following services: Current State Assessment including current policy, governance structure, risk management framework, regulatory compliance alignment, and organizational readiness. Specifically: Strategy, Policy, and Governance Review: Review USAC’s existing AI strategy, policies, standards, and governance documents. Identify required boundaries, safeguards, control gaps, and methodologies for responsible and compliant AI use. Regulatory and Compliance Alignment: Assess alignment with FCC regulatory expectations and USAC’s privacy and security obligations. See attached file.
