Area Wide Market Analysis (AWMA) - NRCS Minnesota RFP

Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, through the Farm Production and Conservation Business Center, is soliciting proposals for an Areawide Market Analysis (AWMA) for the NRCS in Minnesota to support the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program - Wetland Reserve Easement (ACEP-WRE) component. Eligible offerors are limited to State-Certified general real property appraisers (or those who obtain a temporary practice permit) under FIRREA Title XI with demonstrated USPAP-compliant experience conducting AWMAs for rural and agricultural property in Minnesota. The acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS 531320 (Offices of Real Estate Appraisers) with a $9.5M size standard and is expected to include a base period plus up to four option years.
