Description: Fort Bend County is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from professional Engineering firms (“Respondents”) to ”) to deliver comprehensive Architectural, Engineering and Environmental Review Record (ERR) Services for federally funded Residential Projects within the Fort Bend County service area and small cities. These projects are funded through HUD's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program or other federal funding sources and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements as applicable. The selected firm will provide a broad range of services to support Fort Bend County and its subrecipients in planning, designing, and executing residential projects. The firm must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including 24 CFR Part 58 NEPA regulations, 24 CFR Part 570, and HUD’s environmental review and procurement requirements.
