The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Central Office, anticipates multiple firm-fixed-price IDIQ contracts for supplemental architect-engineer services at FBOP facilities nationwide, with a one-year base period, up to four option years, and a possible six-month extension. Firms are asked to submit SF-330 qualification packages; up to four awards are anticipated, with a guaranteed annual minimum of $10,000 and an estimated annual maximum of $10,000,000 per contract. This is a small-business presolicitation for A-E services, not a grant, and electronic responses are due through JEFS APP BOX by November 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST.
