Appoquinimink School District - Brick Mill Elementary School - Roof Recover RFP

Description: The scope of the project consists of a full epdm roof recover over the existing modified asphalt bitumen roof. A total of +/- 67,422 s. F. The roof recover assembly will be of a new 115-mil fleece- back epdm directly adhered over to the existing modified bur roof with a two component, extrusion or spray applied, low-rise adhesive as described in the attached new work sheets. All existing roof edge metals will remain in place unless required to be removed / reinstalled to perform new roof recover work. All existing mechanical / electrical roof top devices, units, etc. To remain in their entirety and only to be modified / removed & reinstalled as required to perform new roof work. The one project alternate is to reinstall and re certify the existing building wide lightning protection system in its original location.
