Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) has issued an Advance Procurement Notice (APN) for the design and construction of five new maintenance buildings at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Petawawa, Ontario. Each building will be approximately 1,700 square metres, comprising roughly 50% warehouse, 40% office, and 10% workshop space, with the facilities needed to address operational capability and infrastructure deficiencies for multiple units. The project has an estimated value of $95 million, will be delivered via a Modified Design-Build (MDB) model, is subject to Designated Organization Screening (DOS) security clearance, and the actual solicitation is anticipated to be posted in October 2026.
