Annual Elevator Permit Inspection Svc (FP&M)

Description: Iowa State University seeks qualified contractors to perform annual permit inspections of campus freight and passenger elevators, dumb-waiters, and chair lifts. Inspections are scheduled from January 2 through May 31 each year in four groups to allow staged repairs, and contractors must have Iowa licensure and QEI certification and may not subcontract the work. Contractors must submit reports to Iowa Workforce and ISU within five business days, conduct additional inspections when required after repairs, and meet the contract’s access, parking, permit, safety, and regulatory responsibilities.
