Annual Architectural Services for New Construction, Renovation & Remodeling Projects

Description: Tallahassee State College is seeking qualified firms to provide continuing professional architectural and engineering services for new construction, renovations, remodeling, rehabilitation, repairs, and educational-facility planning. Services will be performed at the College’s main campus and other locations in Leon, Gadsden, and Wakulla counties, with an initial one-year term that may be renewed for two additional one-year periods. Firms must be certified businesses and licensed Florida architects, and proposals are due October 14, 2026.
