Annual Agreement for Non-Destructive Examination Services (NDE)

Description: Lakeland Electric is seeking proposals from qualified non-destructive examination contractors to provide as-needed inspection services for critical power plant equipment and components under an annual time-and-materials agreement. The initial term runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with options for four additional one-year renewals. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, service quality, references, responsiveness, safety performance, and pricing, and are due August 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
